Months and years have passed, but the mountain has not changed, 6am first Sunday of another October has just arrived, as normal sitting around in the courtyard the master with his students after breakfast, sunlight is still warm and colored the mountain and all the beings that are breathing and living their lives there on a calm clean land, a silver bird flying by, wind suddenly come with its gentleness touched the leaves on the tree.....yes soft a leave moves:

The master raised his head to feel the passing wind and closed his eyes asked.
All the students stopped breathing, this is the first time the master has asked a question in years.

in texas and some states like that, if the wind is blow at 30 miles per hour, they say the wind is calm. It could be gusty, but it is not moving. except perhaps to the four points of the compass.
If you ride the wind, perhaps you are moving, and not even necessarily where the wind blows, the sail boat moves in the wind like that and into 3 of the 4 points of the compass. It does not move so well in the one point so it has to go back and forth to go that way.
I do not know yet for sure if the wind moves.

Perhaps the emotional reaction that effects the elements is created via the arcana karma reality of the Tarot cards...Thoth in particular.
